material-ui@0.15.4 has multiple copies of react error after build to heroku

I get this error on the console

Clicking app bar button produces below error

TypeError: o.refs.button is undefined

MeteorJS 1.3 framework was used without webpack

Deleted all files in node_modules and removed react-chart-all package....now its working, this wasn't material UI related. apologized for any inconveniences caused.
