Provide HEX file(s) for initial scientific measurements

• From 30sec-iss-sensors derive a version that runs infinite. Abort the execution of the HEX file by a proper timeout setting of CalliopEO.py.
• Andreas to provide the execution times for window and COL operations.
• Adapt the ProgramDescription to describe the execution of the above program. Special care has to be taken for the maximum file size and the maximum script execution time!

Hmmm, cannot run the hex successfully. Seems, the hex is not responding with @START@.

I tested with 30sec-iss-sensors.hex, it works. But not the new hex.
