Please I need help finding where to write the Hello-world to start. How do I find SHELL or TEXT EDITOR?

The program is called IDLE, see below for Windows, specifically Windows 10 instructions.

On Windows 10 click on the window icon, go to programs and find Python, mine says Python 3.8. Open the program called IDLE, it will have IDLE(and your specific version in parenthesis). Open it, and you will have the shell. To get the other one,

To get to the editor, once the shell is opened go to file, then click on new file and the editor will open.
