Quero conseguir deletar notícias
Para organizar e estruturar melhor a comunicação

Dado uma nova mutação na API: deleteNews
Quando essa mutação for chamada
Então a notícia estará deletada

Dado que deleteNews foi chamada
Quando o news_id não pertencer aquela comunidade
Então dá erro e a notícia não é deletada

Dado que deleteNews foi chamada
Quando não for por um usuário administrador da comunidade
Então dá erro e a notícia não é deletada

Descrição do Problema

Não é possível deletar notícias na plataforma hoje.
