Ask for contact information during our Sign Up

What we have
Right now we have our same Sign Up where we ask for account, name and email. We could also ask for contact information, if the user haven't added any yet.

Proposal

We add a more discrete way to ask for contact on the dashboard. Right now we open a full screen modal that asks for it, but its too aggressive as you don't have a choice, you have to ignore it or fill it. With a more subtle way to ask for the contact, like a colorful, small card on the dashboard, we could ask for that info

Why
Even after several months we still have a lot of users without any contact information. Of our 7396, only 2635 have contact information added. If my basic math isn't wrong that about 36% of our users.

This was discussed on #658 PR where we talked about dealing with this modal that we have right now
