In QC practical:

Change path to folder from cd ~/Desktop/QC to cd ~/Course_Materials/Practicals/QC
Change typo (Prepare the environmnet)

ATAC-seq:

Do we want to include TF footprint analysis? It is for now centred around nucleosome positioning, but some students might want to fo TF footprint analysis. We could add a couple of slides in the lecture, and a bonus exercise in the practical.
