The OPAM package install *.opt versions of the programs (e.g. camlp4o.opt) but does not install *.cmxs files. For example, only

Camlp4MacroParser.cmi  
Camlp4MacroParser.cmo     
Camlp4MacroParser.cmx           
Camlp4MacroParser.o

are installed — Camlp4MacroParser.cmxs is missing.
