gmf-search gmf-search-maxzoom not working

I configured our gmf-search component to use gmf-search-maxzoom="10" but if I call the url with &search=SomepointObject the point object is centered but the zoom is 1:50 (13) and in the url &map_zoom=13 is appended

Add a new permalink parameter: search-maxzoom
Note that the gmf-search-maxzoom parameter from the directive is not tied to permalink.
