Start debugger in HaxeDevelop #3

On of the other ant plugins had a checkbox that, when checked, would start the debugger for flash. It would be nice to have that

I tried merging resources from link found here
http://flashdevelop.org/community/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=6105&start=45

The code editions seem easy enough but I havent compiled FD before.

You'd be better off requesting on SlavaRa/fdplugin-antpanel, this one's pretty much dead.
