$10k project idea #4 - Accessible Drag & Drop

There is no good pattern for accessible Drag/Drop interfaces. There are some ideas defined here https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/2920006

But none of them have been tested in a comparable framework with AT. The goal here is to test these products for accessibility & submit both issues to their respective issue queues, as well as summarize concerns in a report submitted to the government.

#4 — Drag and drop, still needs to be done. Not much has happened on this front in the last 2 years.

I'm pretty confident that this pattern is used in government, but it isn't available in WET-BOEW https://github.com/wet-boew/wet-boew/
