Twitter bot issue: event trigger for tweets

Twitter bot should only tweet "New Opportunity" On Publish.

Today a tweet was sent as a "New Opportunity" On UnPublish.

Suggest that if we want to tweet on UnPublish, the tweet should read "This opportunity has been Cancelled" Or something like that. Instead of "New Opportunity"
