Current Readme.md is not showing that rx-player can be installed from npm repo directly with npm i --save rx-player

Hi,

As said in #92, we do not have publication rights on npm yet (but hopefully will have very soon!). As a consequence, the version on npm is too old for us to advertise on it.

We will make sure to add it to the README.md once this issue is resolved, thanks.
