Can't run joker command in console

I downloaded the Windows binary (v0.7.1), and ran it as described - however, the program itself is just the interpreter. I exited out of the program and try to run joker, to no avail:

'joker' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

How do I install joker on Windows?

Please make sure joker.exe is on your PATH or you run joker command from the directory in which joker.exe file is located.

I fixed it by manually editing my system environment variables - you should probably include that in the README.md, because it doesn't really state that. If you can, can you make the Windows thing automatically add joker to PATH? Thanks!

Windows installer would be nice, but it'll probably be a while before I get to it.
