Update "read the docs" content at
doc/rtd/topics/datasources/azure.rst

Ensure it correctly represents behavior and configuration options as used in:
cloudinit/sources/DataSourceAzure.py

Example format/style should be something like:

doc/rtd/topics/datasources/ec2.rst

This issue is vague and not really actionable at the moment and didn't get traction when originally filed. When we have a desirable recommended template for datasource documentation, we can open specific issues against each datasource doc.
