Bug originally filed by bjornt at https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1952410

Go to a VLAN that has a subnet, but not DHCP enabled, e.g.

http://localhost:5240/MAAS/l/vlan/5001

Click "Enable DHCP"

Choose "Relay to another VLAN" and select a VLAN to relay to.

Leave the "Reserved dynamic range" using the defaults.

Now, if you click on "Relay DHCP", you'll see that the dynamic range was never created. You have to create it manually, to get things working.

This is with MAAS 3.1.0
