Bug originally filed by amylily at https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2009514

Feedback from user:
One of the frustrations from our users is when they select all (checkbox) in the machine list. They are not sure if it means all in that page or all machines in their environment.

When a user selects all, can we have an options where they can Select all[amount on the page. [hyperlink]Select all [total machine] machines.

Suggestion attached on the screenshot.

The UI spec can be found on Zeplin. Afaik the LXD team (@edlerd) will be implementing the same component, so it might make sense to coordinate this.

We are managing this on Jira as it is more of a feature request

In LXD UI, we created a reusable SelectableMainTable component. It wraps a MainTable from react-components and brings a very good select individual or select all experience to the user.
We should probably create a PR to bring this component into react-components. Then MAAS can directly use it easily.
