Screen Reader Accessibility Issues

This was initiated in the accessibility features option and using the keyboard to tab and navigate through.

• No titles on all panels, all being announced “Install Ubuntu”. I am unable to know what option I am on
• Welcome screen.

1. Choose your language panel just says panel and then will list the languages, no announcement as to what the user will do on this screen.

• Try and install panels just get announced as panel, I do not hear any of the words inside.

1. I am unsure which options there are and which I’ve selected. Each option is stated as "panel"

• Keyboard layout

1. Both panels are just announced as panel
2. Screen does not announce I am selecting a keyboard layout.

• Erase disk

1. “Select drive” is not announced, only the name of the drive.
