keyboard nav: tab order of "Setup your account" is unexpected

A common user flow when creating their account is to click in the username field, then tab to enter the password. It's not obvious that tab really focuses the show button rather than password. It would be nice to change that order to make it more natural, assuming it doesn't really negatively effect a11y.

This is expected behaviour from what I understand.

An alternative would be to make the navigation from the password field to the show button not via tab but via the arrow keys, as it can be considered a single entity rather than 2 separate ones.

The fact that the focus is not very clear is a problem we have everywhere in the installer and need to address as part of a bigger feature.
