Improve "getting started" instructions on the homepage #77

On the project homepage, the "getting started" section should mention that you can hotlink to the project. But it shouldn't mention "ruby", "gulp" etc.

It should instead just link to the project homepage, and instruct people to follow instructions there to get it working locally. (See #75 and #67).
