Improve feedback when Caprover was not found on entered IP #20

When you enter a valid ip address that does not have caprover installed or port 3000 open, it does not print a message saying so. This should be added to make it more clear why the entered IP was not accepted.

Fixed in #33 and released as 2.1.0
