Netdata in swarm mode

moby/moby#25885 is now fixed in docker/cli#2687, so perhaps we can have Netdata in swarm mode

Yup! Looks promising! They still need to port it to the API: https://docs.docker.com/engine/api/v1.40/#operation/ServiceUpdate

The API hasn't been updated yet. Once it's updated and the version is well adopted, we make NetData available in all nodes!

Docker 20.10.0 uses API (v1.41) with support for cap_add and cap_drop and has been released for more than 6 months. Maybe this can be integrated now.
