logn() can't be found when called from utility.lua.

.base/lua/libraries/utilities/utility.lua expects logn() to be defined, but it runs before the definition. Swapping the filesystem and logging blocks doesn't work because the latter relies on e.USERDATA_FOLDER which is defined in the former.
