There is an example in the cookbook showing a computation of the Kochin function, but the user manual does not include any paragraph detailing this post-processing.

Also related to Kochin functions: the example in the cookbook displays

WARNING  Unrecognized key(s) in dataset: {'theta'}

but does the computation anyway.

This has been fixed in #376.
