Readability: remove Abbrevs

Per @jsiek, many names are abbreviated; spelling them out would improve comprehensibility a lot.

We've removed a fair amount of the abbreviations that had been in executable semantics. We may do more if #720 is accepted, but it's probably not worth keeping a tracking issue open at this point.
