Returns wrong unix time #2

Hi, thanks for the plugin.

I'm running this line of code:

dayjs.unix(1645032216).tz("America/Chicago").startOf("day").unix()

It returns 1644994800

As you can see from

https://www.epochconvert.com/timezone-converter/

That's 1am

Should be midnight!
