The manual was exported from MS-Word and so has a lot of unneeded HTML and attributes. It should be updated to be a simple HTML5 document.

Convert to valid HTML5

Resolve issue #1 by removing any MS-Word export specific data and ensuring the HTML is HTML5 compliant.
