Strings are not translated to zh-HK

The "Hold card here. It will scan automatically" and "Cancel" text is not translated to zh-HK.

@jaredegan you must have missed my earlier comment in that Jira issue. I'll repeat it here:

I've just checked the current version of card.io, and the content of that screen is appropriately localized for zh_HK when I try it.

1. Which version of card.io are you using? The current version is 3.6.3. (However, the zh_HK localization has been present for many, many versions, and many months now.)
2. Is your code correctly setting the languageOrLocale property of the CardIOView or CardIOPaymentViewController to @"zh_HK"?

However, I had a typo at the very end there. It should be @"zh-Hant_HK".
