Option to import custom lists from mangadex

  • should be compatible with custom lists v2 on MD
  • Potentially add some form of OAuth client to allow for fetching private lists and auto-updating the lists as needed.
  • automatically create a copy list on mangabox using the feature Custom lists for manga  #3 that mimics the one on MD.
