Migrate API for manga stuff away from cba into its own service

CBA is bogged down with a bunch of other junk and is using an outdated style of api results. Probably best to migrate the manga stuff away from CBA and onto its own api/micro-service while upgrading the results wrapper for more error contexts and better standardizations

Also take a look at what unnecessary requests there are and break the endpoints up into better categories than everything being under “/manga”
