I agree, as far as I can see, both lokalwirkt and wirhabenauf use their own database to store the updated opening times.

I have added Austria and Switzerland to the description, since we already have Swiss chains recorded and Austria will probably follow soon.

Showing the same categories as France is not a problem for us, because the lockdown rules are very similar and it's easier to figure out required customizations once the German team can try out the tool themselves.
