GNU/Linux. More specifically, Fedora. More more specifically, Fedora Rawhide. ;)

Also, what version of rust? It looks like the implementation relies on Vec panicking.

x86_64, yes.

rust was 1.18 IIRC.

I just merged a big PR. Maybe try again? Otherwise, I don't know :( I'd have to dig into the rust Vec source.
