This is definitely the most readable xBR implementation that I've found.
Please consider adding a LICENSE.TXT file or a licensing statement in the code. I'd like to credit and include your code in another open source project but can't do so unless I know it is legal. (MIT or BSD license would be my preference, as GPL is hard to mix with other open source code.)

Bumping this since I noticed more implementations of xBR are starting to get submitted to asset libraries online and without a clear license, its usage in other people's projects could be dubious. Would appreciate the clarification; I'm under the presumption that most implementations of the xBR family of scalers is GPL by default, making it not suitable for use in closed source projects (such as most games).
