  • for Linux: install "docker server" not docker desktop
  • for windows: check minimum windows version for WSL2, maybe it is lower now?
  • Add instructions for creating offline install USB key? And instructions for using such a key
  • add link to "introduction" episode from the setup
  • macos: conda install mamba; then use mamba
  • macos ; conda defaulting to python 3.11? cwltool not available? Use python 3.10 explicitly
