Names show up twice in "Assigned to" list in Instructor recruitment

On the Instructor Recruitment page, if you try to filter by "Assigned to" some names show up twice on the list. I don't want to post any data here but I can share a screenshot privately if needed.
The results appear to be the same if you select either name on the list.

It's not clear to me why this is happening, but the URL is the same regardless of which duplicate name you select, so they should give exactly the same results.
