Request from @elletjies on Slack:

Is there anyway we can change/update/edit the programmatic contact information in AMY when we set up the membership. Currently when rolling over a membership (or even creating a new one) you can not add the programmatic contact info while in this mode.

I've also noticed that the pages for editing member organisations and contacts don't really match the rest of our UI, and they're a bit clunky to operate. We could consider revamping these pages to do something similar to what we have with the Person edit view and related forms. In particular, I note that there are a couple of places where we include the consents form below another form (e.g. in the instructor training application). Perhaps we could do something similar with member organisations/contacts at the end of the membership form. Discussion needed, but low priority.

Thanks Eli & Angelique. If this is considered, I agree it should be included in a full revamp of the membership interface rather than as a standalone feature.

Thanks for raising this issue.
@elletjies is the feature to choose whether you want to carry over organization roles and person roles when you roll over a membership working as expected?

@maneesha the feature is working, but you do not see this information in the edit mode, so when updating or adding new contacts you need to first submit the other information.
