[Emails][Documentation] Document how (old) automated emails are going to be replaced by new ones #2497

As a system user I want to know what old automated emails are going to be:

retired
changed into new automated emails.

I also want to know all the new automated emails. I want to have this documented.

@maneesha this comes from #2481 (comment) - we should probably build a user guide around the migration from old to new automated emails.
