Defillama protocols live fetch

Currently we have a mapping for all the available protocols on the Defillama APIs, and we have to update it manually using a dedicated script; this can cause situations where we show a protocol that could have been removed from Defillama. A solution could be to just fetch the protocols each time (or persist the data in the local storage and just fetch them after an expiration timestamp).
