Can I install the "preloading 'kornia' requirement" manually?

due to some issue, I have to use system proxy in order to connect to the github ,however, my proxy seems can't work with blender plugins like blenderkit or this dream texture. It always stuck at 'preloading 'kornia' requirement 'for 4 or 5 hours and not going. I tried downloaded the kornia but t's not working. can i just manually install it someway and let it work? Or I have to using blender to download it? I got stable diffusion deployed on my computer and it works just fine, it doesn't require to preload this kornia.
