Fix color palette for Import Wizard #76

When the import wizard has tabs, the active tab is a bright shade of grey which is a bit hard on the eyes:

Originally, I had designed each tab separately, and when rendering them alone the grey was a little darker:

I prefer the active tab to have the darker shade as originally designed.
