Offending Code when we have no claims at early ages:

import chainladder as cl
prism = cl.load_sample('prism')['Paid'].sum().incr_to_cum()

# first two ages have no data
prism.values[:,:,:, :2] = 0
prism = prism.sum(0)

cl.Development().fit(prism).ldf_
