Some Android components (e.g. ContentProvider) require an android.database.Cursor.
I understand that there is not direct support for this like an extension function to map a app.cash.sqldelight.SqlCursor to android.database.Cursor.
However if we could access the database object from AndroidSqliteDriver we could query operations ourself and retrieve the desired Cursor.
