Support ZiplineService subtypes with generic parameters

A test that uses this interface is currently suppressed:

interface GenericEchoService<T> : ZiplineService {
  fun genericEcho(request: T): List<T>
}

We should either fix the plugin to support this, or forbid it with a nice error message.
