The latest drivers for the 4/5 are the same as those for the Pro. The latest drivers for the 3 are not. This separates and renames the formulas and their descriptions to reflect this.
Most links were broken, old, or generic.

The wacom formulas had a lot of metadata issues, this attempts to correct them. See individual commits for specifics.
After making all changes to the cask:
