Output filters

export a set (can be ALL) documents of a collection with ALL fields as CSV
pre-process non-stringifyable fields to yield a string
take a set of fields to select, ignore the rest
take a set of docs so we can output just a filtered subset

Consistent outputs

given node sets as inputs, filter given edge collections to only output edges between given nodes
