[Question] Download settings recommendation

Hey, I would like to ask if it's safe to use multiple download workers?
I see 1 is the default. Is Spotify more likely to strike my requests if I use 20 workers?
Can someone tell me about their experience?

I tried using multiple download workers for both mine and my wife's accounts however downloads rarely worked so I ended up only being able to use one account at a time.
