Crashed Alipay security control so that password box disappeared

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. npaliedit.exe from alipay.com installed 
2. chrome-toolbox extension enabled
3. access https://login.taobao.com/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a box to enter password disappeared

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
chrome on XP

Please provide any additional information below.
There are millions members of taobao.com (bigger than e-bay) they cannot access 
their account when the extension is enabled

Which Chrome version and XP version are you using? Do you see any error in 
Developer Tool console? You can press Ctrl+Shift+I on https://login.taobao.com 
to open Developer Tool, and go to the "Console" panel. And could you upload a 
screenshot showing the disappeared password box?
