sometimes it doesn't work, such as double click to close tab when the chrome is 
opened by some other program.
wish to fix it!

I am not 100% sure what the Chinese(?) characters in the subject say, but I see 
that the body of the message mentions that double clicking to close a tab is 
not working. That is the issue that I am seeing right now, double clicking to 
close tabs does nothing.

when I close chrome and restart it, the toolbox does not work.especially double 
click

双击关闭突然和关闭最后一个网页自动新建不能正常工作了��
�今天谷歌浏览器卸载重新安装后，又安装了这个工具，发现�
��2个问题。折腾许久还是没能搞定。

Two different computer, win7x64 is installed using the same OS Disk. One works 
well, the other not (double click to close the tab).
