Extension is still installed and enabled but no longer works, probably after silent update of browser

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Open Chrome
 2. Try to select extention 
 3. Toolbox does not appear
 4. Select Tools
 5. Confirm extension is installed
 6. Try disable/re-enable
 7. Toolbox does not appear
 8. Try uninstall/re-install
 9. Toolbox does not appear
10. Select Tools > Extensions
11. Confirm extension is installed
12. Visit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

"We no longer provide this extension because most features were made in NPAPI 
and NPAPI is no longer supported in Chrome."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 Version 1.0.32 on Windows 8
