Under Shortcuts & Menu, Developer Tools shortcut is wrong, it's not Ctrl-Shift J, should be Ctrl-Shift I

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add Developer Tools shortcut to menu
2.Select item from menu
3.You get Java console instead. You then have to close the console window.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output should be the same shortcut destination as the Developer Tools 
option under Wrench | Tools.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
10.0.648.134 / Windows XP
