Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's just that starting it takes too many unnecessary keypresses. Take it from someone with an early game character who got the CBM installed but with only limited bionic power, needing frequent recharges.
Describe the solution you'd like
Two ideas/approaches:
Activate jumper cable, have menu option for Charge bionic power. This assumes, or rather checks, that you have the CBM installed, and that you are standing in a vehicle that has battery power. Start charging at that spot (center the cable there) if all requirements are fulfilled.
Alternatively, activate the CBM. Then the game checks that you have a jumper cable in inventory. If yes, start charging at that spot.
Additional context
If CBM is set to autostop once full, detach and reel cable automatically too.
